Summers here

I wanted this heat and its finally here. My tomatoes look wonderful and are an asset after the horrendous loss to the late freeze. I have a small patch of romaine lettuce, the first time I have planted it. I look forward to visiting farmers markets in other towns this summer.

Cold and snow again. It has been a good day for cleaning and reading.

Winter

It has been a long time since I lived in a house that is totally heated all winter. It is wonderful.
As I sit here watching the snow fall, I look forward to the daffodils and dandelions.
There is soup in the crockpot and popcorn for the microwave.
